Taksim Metropark Hotel Istanbul

The location was perfect, right at the heart of the city and close to public transportation. The staff was helpful. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled, they helped me book a new one and arranged transportation to the airport. I had a wonderful stay at Taksim Metropark.

It was very close to everything, with many restaurants nearby and just opposite the metro on Taksim Square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Our stay was a comfortable experience. Loved staff and location, everything was fairly clean and great. The restaurant had fine food.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the places I wanted to visit. It's near Taksim Square and right opposite the metro station, which is super convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless. The staff is helpful and polite, and the breakfast is pretty decent too. I also appreciated the quiet air conditioning and the cozy atmosphere.

The key card for the door didn't always work, which was a bit frustrating.

This place is in the perfect location! Right in the heart of everything, on a slope leading to the center, down a bit of a steep alley. I was pleased with the room service and housekeeping here, always attentive to my needs. A bonus was the airport shuttle service, which they offered both for free and for a fee, making my travels effortless. The staff were kind and friendly, especially the receptionists who helped me tremendously with information on where to go and what to see. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and delicious breakfast, made my stay here very comfortable.

This hotel was a fantastic place to stay, and I would definitely go back here again.

I loved that hotel had perfect staff and location. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. It was a just perfect stay, you could leave a car onsite.

The staff at the hotel were really good, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The front office employees were very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast provided was also very good, with options to start the day. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to popular tourist attractions.

The air conditioning and refrigerator in the room were old and in need of replacement.

Friendly staff, including bag carriers, who are helpful and accommodating. Comfortable bedding and efficient housekeeping services. Mehmet was especially helpful during our stay.
